奇跡の100歳が帰ってきた

100歳の小糸さんは2013年の暮れに高血圧と脳出血で倒れて入院。翌年3月には無事退院されたが、つかささんは「もう私のことは忘れちゃってるかな」と不安だった。ところが、再会した小糸さんは、涙ぐみながらつかささんを見つめて、「帰って来たよ」。状態も徐々に回復に向かって、これからは一瞬一瞬がふたりの貴重な時間だ。

The miraculous centenarian returns

Mrs. Koito, who turned one hundred years old, was stricken with high blood pressure and a cerebral hemorrhage and hospitalized at the end of 2103. Although she was discharged from hospital safely in March the following year, Ms. Tsukasa was worried and assumed “she might have forgotten about me.” However, Mrs. Koito, whom she met again, looked at Ms. Tsukasa with eyes brimming and said “I came back.” Her condition is gradually improving and from now, they both treasure every moment shared.
